Traditional coating die type:

· Coating thickness: from 0.015 to 2.5mm.
· Viscosity of raw materials: 100CPC to 120000CPC.

· Tolerance: within ±1%.

· Die steel:SUS630/SUS420/2316
· Adopting microcontact ultra-precision mirror-surface polishing technology,roughness reaches 0.02-0.04μm.
· Die lip straightness tolerance within ±0.002mm/m. Guarantee the coating thickness uniformity.
· Suitable linear speed is 100－400M/min.

· Die lip sharp angle reaches R0.045mm through special treatment.

Apply to all kinds of hot melt adhesive,including PSA,APAO,EVA,PA,PUR,PUA and elastomer.
