每一块进口钢材,在加工前都要经过严格检测,并在露天环境中静静等待4340小时以上。这个看似平凡的静置过程,实际上是内在自然应力逐步释放的关键。每年我们不计成本的钢材存储方式,只为将每一块材料打造成顶级素材,让模头在后续加工中精度更稳定。

Each batch of imported steel stock undergoes rigorous inspection and is then left to rest outdoors for over 4,340 hours (≈ 181 days). What seems like a simple pause is, in fact, critical natural aging (“seasoning”) that gradually relieves residual stresses.

This cost-intensive storage practice ensures every piece becomes top-grade material, so that the extrusion die’s subsequent machining achieves more stable precision.

切削、钻孔、磨削……从粗加工到精加工,再到精加工,每一道工序的精准操作都会引起微小应力变化。这些微小波动,可能导致模头变形、开裂,影响性能稳定性。为消除这些风险,我们采用6轮去应力处理,包括振动消应力、真空炉消应力等多项独家技术。相比普通模头,我们的工艺能有效保障材料稳定性和加工精度,让模头在各种复杂工况下依然稳健可靠。

Cutting, drilling, grinding—from roughing to semi-finishing to finishing—each precise step can introduce minute stress shifts. Left unchecked, these micro-fluctuations may lead to die deformation or cracking, compromising performance stability.

To eliminate these risks, we apply a six-stage stress-relief regimen—including vibration stress relief (VSR) and vacuum-furnace stress relief—augmented by proprietary techniques. Compared with conventional dies, our process significantly enhances material stability and machining accuracy, keeping the extrusion die robust and reliable under complex operating conditions.
