Drawing upon a comprehensive mix of talents from different fields, such as polymer materials, fluid mechanics, mechanical design, and other interdisciplinary ones, we have collaborated with Japan's top research structures and renowned domestic universities to establish the core members of our R&D team. R&D strength is continuously fueled by a design data of over 50,000 sets of dies.

Based on the data record of fluid mechanics and simulation, the global fluid mechanics expert team has developed 2.5D multilayer co-extrusion analysis system. Compared to traditional 3D analysis algorithm, this system is able to provide more-efficient analysis and more reliable data, breaking down technical barriers and infusing innovative power into ultra-wide, high-precision multi-layer co-extrusion.
