Our self-developed IM System is an intelligent mechatronics integration platform that, through innovative precision-die upgrades and the integration of servo-motor coordinated control technology, achieves remote, fully automatic, high-precision adjustment of the die-lip gap. The system supports real-time rapid regulation, employs non-contact operation to enhance production safety, and provides energy-saving and eco-friendly benefits—fully meeting the demands of precision operations from traditional factories to lights-out (“dark”) manufacturing.
