To address common challenges in lithium‐ion battery anode material coating—such as multiple winding/unwinding cycles and process instability—JCTIMES has independently developed a three‐layer, triple‐adjustment coating die with exceptional versatility. It supports simultaneous three‐layer coating as well as single‐layer operation, and is compatible with both continuous and intermittent coating processes, offering an effective coating width of up to 750 mm.
