Perovskite Coating Die: JCTIMES has developed a 2400 mm wide coating die that successfully addresses the stringent precision and stability requirements of the perovskite material coating process, driving the industrialization of perovskite solar cells and effectively reducing production costs.
三层涂布模头:针对锂电负极充放电置换率低,车衣膜加工工艺单层涂布,多次收放卷的工艺进行生产制造,生产效率低,质量不稳定,成本高等痛点。团队通过大量仿真及实验,探索涂布窗口,设计出三层涂布模头,在保证横向一致性的同时,解决了三种涂料不互混,实现三层同时涂布。
Three-Layer Coating Die:To address challenges such as low charge–discharge displacement rates in lithium-ion battery anodes and the inefficiencies of single-layer coating with repeated winding/unwinding in paint protection film production—resulting in low throughput, inconsistent quality, and high costs—our team conducted extensive simulations and experimental trials to identify the optimal coating window. We then designed a three-layer coating die that maintains lateral uniformity, prevents intermixing of the three different coatings, and enables all three layers to be applied simultaneously.

The slurry accommodates viscosities from 1,500 to 20,000 mPa·s; coating speeds can be flexibly adjusted up to 80 m/min; and multi-material compatibility meets diverse coating requirements across industries and products, delivering high added value for high-end paint protection films, OCA optical adhesives, and more.
氢能涂布模头:在氢能电池涂布领域,精诚时代的精密加工过程实现了数据指标的超高精度:平面度3μm、直线度2μm/m、腔体粗糙度Ra0.02μm以内。涂布精度±5%,最大尺寸可以达到4000mm。
Hydrogen Energy Coating Die: In the field of hydrogen energy battery coating, JCTIMES’s precision manufacturing processes achieve exceptionally high accuracy: planarity of 3 μm, straightness of 2 μm/m, and cavity roughness within Ra 0.02 μm. Coating accuracy is ±5%, and the maximum die width can reach 4000 mm.
高固含锂电模头:优化锂电池涂布过程,提升精度和均匀性,并有效降低生产成本,推动高固含/无溶剂浆料替代传统溶剂型浆料,适应下一代固态/半固态电池工艺需求。
High-Solid-Content Lithium Battery Coating Die: Optimizes the lithium battery coating process to enhance precision and uniformity while effectively reducing production costs. Promotes the replacement of traditional solvent-based slurries with high-solid-content and solvent-free formulations, meeting the process requirements of next-generation solid-state and semi-solid-state batteries.
浆料固含量增大:通常浆料固含量≥73%,低剪切粘度≥100万m·Ps
Increased Slurry Solid Content: Typically, solid content ≥73% and low-shear viscosity ≥1,000,000 mPa·s.
降本增效:减少浆料中溶剂使用量,既可减少溶剂挥发污染,也可缩短干燥时间,降低烘烤能耗。
Cost Reduction and Efficiency Improvement: Reduce the solvent content in the slurry to minimize solvent evaporation pollution, shorten drying time, and decrease baking energy consumption.
电池能量密度提升:高固含较常规浆料可提高活性物质比例,从而提高电池能量密度;
Battery energy density improvement: High-solid-content slurries can increase the proportion of active material compared to conventional slurries, thereby boosting battery energy density.
