目前,精诚已在国内主要电池工厂完成了轮测试并取得了较好的实测结果。以A客户为例:1500mm闭环模头,T块宽度25mm,采用伺服电机调节,支持多种算法在线切换,在客户现场量产中实现双面COV最低0.14%CPK接近2.3;相比传统手动调节模头,调节效率与一致性提升约70%

Currently, JCTIMES has completed multiple rounds of testing in major domestic battery manufacturing facilities and achieved strong measured results.

 

Taking Customer A as an example: a 1500 mm closed-loop die with a 25 mm T-block width, equipped with servo motor adjustment and supporting multiple algorithms for online switching. In the customer’s mass production environment, it achieved a minimum double-sided COV of 0.14% and a CPK approaching 2.3. Compared with traditional manually adjusted dies, adjustment efficiency and consistency improved by approximately 70%.
