Thickness fluctuation, edge instability, and heavy reliance on manual adjustment are becoming key constraints on yield. As a result, extrusion coating processes are placing increasingly stringent demands on equipment performance and control capability.

 

01 材料:控制流动均匀性

Material : Controlling Flow Uniformity

EAA的关键,不是能不能挤出来,而是流动是否均匀。精诚将设计起点前移,从材料流变特性入手:基于流变仪测试数据建立材料模型,并导入仿真系统进行流道设计优化;根据实际工况匹配衣架式或鱼尾型结构,实现流动路径的精细控制,使出口速度分布均匀性3%,并降低压损、平衡滞留时间。

The key to EAA is not whether it can be extruded, but whether the flow is uniform. JCTIMES moves the design starting point upstream, beginning with the rheological characteristics of the material :

 

Based on rheometer test data, material models are established and imported into simulation systems for manifold design optimization. According to actual operating conditions, either coat-hanger or fishtail structures are selected to achieve refined control of the flow pathensuring outlet velocity distribution uniformity 3%, while reducing pressure drop and balancing residence time.

JCTIMES automatic extrusion coating die integrates a thermal expansion bolt adjustment system with an online thickness gauge to establish a closed-loop control logic : measurement – calculation – adjustment. This enables real-time dynamic micro-adjustment of the die lip gap, allowing thickness deviations to automatically converge.

The system completes deviation correction within a short response time, significantly reducing start-up adjustment cycles and minimizing material waste.

面对EAA材料的腐蚀特性,模头基材选用耐腐蚀合金钢,表面粗糙度可达Ra0.025μm,模头温度偏差控制在±1℃以内,适应150/分钟以上的高速生产需求。

In parallel, the system is equipped with online width adjustment (non-stop adjustment) and an edge-bead reduction device (edge flow and temperature control), effectively reducing changeover scrap and edge trim loss.

 

To address the corrosive characteristics of EAA materials, the die body is manufactured from corrosion-resistant alloy steel. Surface roughness reaches Ra 0.025μm, and die temperature deviation is controlled within ±1°Cmeeting the demands of high-speed production exceeding 150 m/min.
