Intelligent precision control: leveraging servo-driven coordinated control technology and advanced algorithms, the slot-die lip gap can be adjusted remotely and fully automatically, achieving a gap-change response time of under 4 seconds (whereas a conventional automated slot-die requires about 10 minutes for the same operation).

The specialized flow‐channel design effectively resolves the common edge‐bead buildup issue during coating processes. Whether performing full‐surface or intermittent coating, it ensures clean, uniform coating edges—preventing irregular buildup and guaranteeing consistent coating performance. It delivers ±3 % coating accuracy in the transverse (cross‐web) direction and accommodates web widths up to 3000 mm, making it ideal for a wide range of coating applications—especially those demanding high precision and long‐term production stability.
